Scope and acceptance
- 1.1DF League provides information, accounts and team registration services. Selecting the acceptance checkbox when completing registration means you accept these terms, give consent to personal data processing and acknowledge reading the Privacy Policy.
- 1.2You may browse public information without an account. Account obligations apply when using an account. Admission, fees and participation requirements are set separately in each event’s rules.
Definitions
- Site
- dronefootball.kz and its account services.
- Operator
- DF League, which organizes the site and personal data processing.
- User
- A person visiting the site or using an account.
- Team representative
- A captain, coach or organization representative authorized to act for a team.
- Legal representative
- A parent, adoptive parent, guardian, custodian or another person authorized by law. Being a teacher or coach does not itself confer this status.
Accounts and age policy
- 3.1Provide accurate first and last names, an email address you control and other requested details. Sign-in uses WorkOS. Keep access credentials private and tell us about unauthorized access.
- 3.2Children under 14 must not create independent accounts: a parent, teacher or coach manages their participation through the adult’s own account. Users aged 14–17 may use an individual account only with prior permission from their legal representative. Processing any participant’s data while they are under 18 requires verifiable consent from their legal representative.
- 3.3An adult acts through their own account, does not hand it to a child, and must have authority to act. A checkbox does not verify age or representative authority; the Operator may request supporting confirmation.
Teams and rosters
- 4.1Only an authorized person may register a team. The representative must keep organization, region, city, contact details, roster, birth dates and roles accurate and current.
- 4.2Before submitting someone else’s data, explain its processing and publication and obtain the required consent. A child needs their legal representative’s consent. Participation, public-name and public-photo permissions are recorded separately.
- 4.3Moderation and checks on age, rosters, equipment and registration deadlines still apply. Creating or publishing a team profile does not grant admission or reserve a tournament place.
Content, photographs and video
- 5.1Rights in submitted text, logos, photos and videos remain with their owners. By submitting material, you grant DF League a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, resize and display it on the site to operate the service, report on competitions and maintain the league archive. The licence lasts as long as those purposes require and covers the internet’s worldwide reach. Technical providers receive only rights needed to deliver the service.
- 5.2You must have the necessary rights and respect the people depicted. Publishing identifiable images or video of a person, especially a child, requires separate consent from that person or their legal representative. Opening an account does not automatically authorize publication of all photos or videos.
- 5.3Contact us about infringements or withdrawal of image consent. We will restrict or remove material where the request is justified; evidence required by law may be kept separately.
Conduct and fair play
- Respect participants, children, officials and organizers. Harassment, abuse and discrimination are prohibited.
- Do not impersonate others, falsify ages, results or consents, or manipulate competitions.
- Do not submit unlawful material, another person’s private contact details, malware or spam, or seek unauthorized access.
- Raise safety concerns and sporting disputes with the organizer without publicly exposing children’s personal information.
Moderation and account restrictions
- 7.1The Operator may request corrections, hide material, refuse team publication or restrict an account for breaches of law, these terms or event rules. Measures must be proportionate to the breach and risks to children.
- 7.2Where possible we explain the reason and how to resolve it; an immediate safety risk may require restriction first. You may request a review by email. A site restriction does not itself replace a sporting disciplinary decision.
Event safety
- 8.1The site provides information and administration, not flight instructions or equipment safety certification. Drones must be operated only in the event organizer’s designated area, under its safety rules and appropriate adult supervision.
- 8.2Participants and accompanying adults must check equipment, protection, age and health requirements with the organizer in advance. Stop and alert event staff when there is immediate danger. This does not remove the organizer’s legal responsibilities.
Intellectual property
- 9.1The DF League name, design, software and editorial material belong to their respective rights holders. Use beyond personal use or quotation permitted by law requires permission from the rights holder.
- 9.2Team branding and third-party materials remain their owners’ property. Using the site grants no exclusive rights in those marks.
Liability
- 10.1We work to keep the site accurate and available, but outages, schedule changes and third-party service failures can occur. Confirm essential event information with the organizer.
- 10.2The parties are responsible as provided by Kazakhstan law. Only to the extent the law permits, the Operator is not responsible for losses caused by services outside its control or a user’s unlawful actions. These terms do not exclude liability for death or personal injury, intentional wrongdoing, unlawful personal data processing or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
- 11.1The version and effective date appear on this page. We will announce material changes on the site and obtain fresh consent for new processing purposes where required.
- 11.2Changes do not retrospectively authorize earlier actions. If you do not accept revised terms, you can stop using the account and submit a data request. Your statutory rights remain available.
Governing law and disputes
- 12.1The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies, including its Civil Code, Law No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 on Personal Data and their Protection, Law on Informatization and Law on the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- 12.2Please first send a written request so we can try to resolve a dispute. Unresolved disputes follow Kazakhstan’s statutory jurisdiction rules. Your right to approach a court or competent authority is unaffected.
